A standard 10 rod plot is about 300 square yards (252 square metres)
Polytunnels and greenhouses
Polytunnels and greenhouses 13ft x 10ft (total space up to 200 sq ft) will incur a £10 annual charge per structure. This is for a contribution towards the supply of water for undercover crops. Structures larger than this will incur charges in £5 increments per 100 sq ft thereafter. This charge is to be paid at the time of erecting, and then on rent day thereafter (check with your Site Manager whether this premium applies to you this year)
Additional costs
£10 annual vermin control fee for livestock keepers
£7 deposit for new key
£50 deposit for new plot (returned when the plot is vacated in good condition)
